Archimede R&D was founded in Bologna in 2006 as a startup. Everything starts with an idea, or rather with the ideals of a young industrial chemist from Bologna, determined to put his knowledge and experience into practice to develop innovative products and technologies, following the principles of sustainable development. Archimede R&D is based on the concept of chemistry as an engine for sustainable development. Development of processes that are less and less harmful and invasive for the environment but also an improvement for the environmental compatibility of consumer products. It is within this scenario that Archimede R&D’s work is outlined: creating by transforming knowledge and discoveries into technologies and products. In other words, innovating.

For more than 14 years we have been working in the field of sustainable chemistry through a fruitful collaboration with academic and industrial partners in the Emilia-Romagna region. This allows us to offer a complete service, not only in the regulatory field, but also with regard to product safety, modification of formulas and development or improvement of production processes. Our experience both in the chemical and commercial fields, allows us to develop products bearing a private label, adapting our formulas and technologies to the needs of the customer or the market itself.
